Lizette Lorenzo-Betancourt
Regional Office Manager
Lizette Lorenzo-Betancourt is the Regional Office Manager of Restore First Health in New Jersey. Her experience in healthcare management spans leadership roles in programs focused on neuro-rehabilitation, social services as well as skilled nursing throughout the state. Lizette’s motivation, people-centric nature, and compassion have afforded her excellent team-building skills. She is a team leader focused on new strategies and policies in collaboration with partners to establish and achieve the best patient care possible at RFH.
Lizette currently manages the day to day operations of the Cranbury, NJ office supporting the expansion of RFH into more communities throughout the region.
She resides in NJ with her husband and children and enjoys spending time cheering her son on the baseball field, eating donuts and going on hikes with her fur babies.
Caitlyn Frizziola
Nurse Practitioner
Caitlyn Frizziola is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with experience in the hospital, rehab facility and home care settings. She specializes in advanced wound treatment therapy at Restore First Health and is certified as an Excisional Debridement Specialist to ensure the highest level of personalized wound care.
Caitlyn earned her Associate’s Degree of Nursing from Ocean County College, her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and graduated with a Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Stockton University.
Caitlyn has 15 years experience in the medical field starting as a Certified Nurses Assistant then advanced to a Registered Nurse at Community Medical Center on a medical surgical telemetry floor. She further moved on to become a Clinical Nurse Case Manager for Hackensack Meridian Home Care and Preferred Home Care specializing in wound care, post-op care and tracheostomy/ ventilator care for patients in their home.
Caitlyn lives in Freehold and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and dogs, working out and traveling.
