Restore First Health (RFH) is proud to announce the appointment of Christopher Bromley, DPM, FACFAS as Interim Chief Operating Officer. Since joining RFH as Chief Medical Officer earlier this year, Dr. Bromley has brought deep clinical expertise and strong operational leadership to the organization during a pivotal season of growth and transformation.
“What Restore First Health needs now is a leader with both medical and business experience,” said John Fish, CEO at RHF. “We’re moving from a traditional fee-for-service model to a lean, scalable mobile healthcare company, built on technology, efficiency, and exceptional patient care.”
Before joining RFH, Dr. Bromley served as President and CMO of CarePICS.com, a company that helped advance digital health outcomes in patient suffering with wounds and critical limb ischemia. He brings decades of clinical experience including wound center leadership, private practice, and ACO-based care. He is a specialist in foot and ankle surgery as well as Regenerative Wound Care and Sports Medicine.
Dr. Bromley completed his surgical residency in 1992 in Baltimore, MD. His training included such prestigious hospitals as the University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins. Dr. Bromley has been involved in numerous clinical research projects, focused on breakthrough treatments. Dr. Bromley is a well known international and national lecturer of foot and ankle surgery, wound care, and regenerative medicine.
His work spans every setting RFH touches from long-term care to house calls, shaping his commitment to both patient outcomes and organizational performance.
“I have a unique perspective having worked in every care setting our patients and their collaborating providers come from,” he noted. “That perspective lets us build solutions that put patients first while running a sustainable business.”
In his interim COO role, Dr. Bromley will focus on leveling up the executive team, streamlining operations, deploying digital tools like Tissue Health Plus for wound assessment, and expanding service lines such as vascular diagnostics and lymphedema care.
“This is a natural evolution for Dr. Bromley,” said Mr. Fish. “He blends clinical insight with operational strategy, and I’m elated to utilize his leadership and expansive knowledge through this next chapter. The synergy is exactly what we need.”
With Dr. Bromley stepping into this expanded leadership role, RFH is poised to scale its innovative wound care model across new markets, deepen care coordination, and strengthen its position as the premier mobile healthcare partner in the country.
