Our Culture

Built on the foundation that communication, collaboration and care coordination are our pillars of success – we value these for interacting with our partners and providers, but also how we work together as a team at Restore First Health.

Our Values

We have had the privilege to evolve over the past few years and shape our program to meet and exceed the growing need of mobile care in our country. We place high priority on being able to adapt, educate, and deploy some of the highest level of care possible for patients who are often lost in the healthcare cycle.

Vision

To be the first call for patients who suffer from chronic conditions: increasing access to advanced care coordination and innovative therapies leading to better health outcomes.

Mission

To fill a void created by the fragmented healthcare delivery system to underserved patients by being the most reliable partner you’ve ever had. Meeting people where they are, when they need us most with advanced wound care treatments and a relentless focus on collaborative care coordination.

How We Remain Focused on the Most Important Element of Healthcare – the Patient.

Every decision we make prioritizes the needs and well-being of our patients. We coordinate care with multiple providers to ensure a unified, patient-centered treatment plan. And no matter what, we look to find a way forward for each patient.

What We Look for in a Partner in Care

A shared vision of “finding a way” to help our patients – through collaborative community resources and a keen focus on bridging the gap of medical resources to this vulnerable community of patients with chronic conditions.

We are not just wound care experts – we partner in
the success of your organization.

What We Look for in Our Team Members

Expertise and Compassion. The clinicians, and those who support them, are solution driven with a focus on the well-being of patients, families and fellow team members. We thrive on making each day better than the last. Our team is committed to ongoing professional development. This translates to superior patient outcomes and a more informed approach to care.

We prioritize both expertise and compassion and seek team members who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to improving the quality of life for our patients.

Our Story

Restore First Health began its roots in Atlanta, Georgia in 2017, providing care for chronic conditions such as knee pain relief, diabetes and chronic wounds. In 2022, RFH expanded its specialized wound care program to patients in other regions including opening offices in New Jersey and the Northeast. With a keen focus on collaborations with home health providers and nursing home partnerships, the program evolved to be a solution driven resource.

In September of 2023, Restore First Health realigned its strategic positioning in the healthcare field with the expansion and sole focus on chronic wound care for communities across the country. The cornerstone of our program focuses on collaboration, communication and care coordination to bring the best possible outcomes for bedside wound care to our patients, and their adjunct providers.

We partner with home health care providers, health systems, rehab centers, wound clinics, assisted living programs, hospital discharge planners, and patients themselves to create a seamless approach to at-home wound care.

In 2024, the program expanded to include locations up and down the east coast with further expansion into Texas and Kansas. As we dive into 2025, Restore First Health is poised to help more patients get the collaborative care they deserve with a focus on elevated at-home patient care, and strategic community partnerships.

OUR TEAM

Let Us Take It From Here

We understand how hard it is to struggle with chronic wounds, and we know how difficult it is to find the right care.
