Restore First Health (RFH) is proud to announce the promotion of Elizabeth Acloque, FNP-BC, CWS, to the role of National Clinical Educator. In this newly created position, Elizabeth will play a pivotal role in supporting clinical teams across the country through standardized education, documentation quality improvement, and hands-on clinical confidence building. 

“Elizabeth is the ideal person to lead this national initiative,” said John Fish, CEO at RFH. “Her deep clinical experience, passion for wound care, and commitment to professional development make her uniquely suited to help us strengthen provider onboarding and ensure consistent, high-quality care across all markets.” 

As National Clinical Educator, Elizabeth will work with RFH providers to: 

  • Standardize onboarding for advanced wound care practitioners 
  • Reduce variability in documentation, improving compliance and reimbursement 
  • Build hands-on clinical confidence among new and transitioning clinicians 
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality wound care across all service areas 
  • Improve onboarding efficiency and reduce provider turnover 
  • Align provider performance with CMS standards 

Elizabeth Acloque is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Wound Specialist with over 14 years of experience in diverse care settings, including private practice, critical care, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, home health, and telemedicine. Her passion for wound care began early in her nursing career as an LPN and has only deepened with time. 

Specializing in the treatment of complex, chronic wounds using advanced techniques, Elizabeth is a lifelong learner dedicated to advancing the field of wound care through education, clinical excellence, and compassionate service. 

She currently resides in Central Florida, where she enjoys time at the beach, caring for her dogs, and watching superhero movies with her husband and children. 

“I am so thrilled to step into this role of National Clinical Educator,” Elizabeth said. “My goal is to elevate provider education and skills in advanced wound care through hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing clinical support. I’m passionate about equipping our clinicians with the knowledge and tools needed to confidently deliver exceptional patient care. Confident clinicians create optimal healing outcomes.” 

With Elizabeth in this new leadership role, Restore First Health continues its mission to deliver world-class, in-home health care by empowering clinicians and enhancing care delivery across the board.
