Michael Mages brings over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on operations and rural healthcare. He holds a Master of Science in Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, alongside 12 years as a practicing Physical Therapist Assistant.

As VP of Regional Operations at Restore First Health for Kansas, Michael oversees daily operations, revenue cycle management, and strategic growth initiatives. His collaborative leadership drives innovative solutions to improve outcomes for patients with chronic and complex wounds.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys woodworking, disc golf, cooking, and spending time with his wife and four children.

Misty Brake joined RFH in April 2024, bringing over 25 years of healthcare sales experience. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Restore Wound Care and Restore Medical Group. Misty’s career spans leadership roles in the Senior Living sector and beyond, with a focus on market penetration, sales training, and team development.

She is passionate about fostering collaboration across sales, operations, and clinical teams to drive success. Misty emphasizes a growth mindset and values investing in people’s potential, believing it leads to shared success.

Misty resides in Wichita, KS, with her husband and enjoys family time with their five children and two grandchildren.

A native of Wichita, Ks, Erica attended Newman University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2004. She practiced as an RN at Via Christi where she worked on the Ortho/Neuro floor and eventually in the Cardiothoracic ICU.

While working as an RN she attended Wichita State University and received her Master of Nursing in Acute Care in 2011. Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she has worked in the Acute Care, Pulmonary settings, and became a wound care specialist. She enjoys watching her kids play sports and spending time with family.
