Atlanta, GA – Restore First Health (RFH) has appointed Regina Kay Phillips, MD, FAAPMR, as Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Phillips joined RFH in early 2025 as a Medical Director for the Georgia locations bringing over 30 years of experience in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and advanced wound care.

She earned her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine and completed her Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency at Emory University Hospitals. A board-certified physiatrist and Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (FAAPMR), she specializes in hyperbaric medicine, diabetic foot care, and complex wound management.

“Dr. Phillips has shown incredible leadership and knowledge-based practice to assist in teaching and supporting our teams throughout the country,” said Dr. Bromley, Chief Operations Officer. “She has proven her passion for bringing our program to the next level and we are thrilled to support her as she transitions into her new role.”

Dr. Phillips will work with teams throughout the country to elevate their clinical practice skills and create protocols in mobile advanced wound care. She will also be an integral physician leader as Restore First Health emerges into the Mobile Acute Care market to enhance overall patient care from head to toe.

“It’s been an incredible experience so far here at Restore First Health fostering a program built on a critical need in our communities,” said Dr. Phillips. “Mobile wound care, and all mobile health care services are profoundly lacking in most communities across the country, and we are making a real impact on the lives of those who can’t mobilize to clinics. We are setting a new standard in bringing an advanced level of clinical care to the bedside for these patients and I’m excited for this next phase in our journey.”
