Christopher Zosh joined the Restore First Health leadership team in October 2025, bringing over twenty-five years of finance & accounting experience delivering solutions to complex challenges. He is an enthusiastic leader who meets commitments with integrity. Chris is a critical thinking meticulous professional who uses his comprehensive accounting knowledge in addition to his advanced knowledge of systems to maximize accuracy & efficiencies.
Throughout his career, Chris has demonstrated the ability to meet any challenge with an uncompromising resolve. Most recently, Chris served as Chief Financial Officer of Statera BioPharma, Inc., a public drug development company. He planned, organized, and directed all accounting and finance activities as well as established procedures, processes, and controls. Chris was responsible for all SEC reporting as well as seamlessly implementing a new accounting system. Prior to that, he served as Principal Executive Officer, Principal Financial Officer, & Principal Accounting Officer of Cleveland BioLabs, Inc., a public drug development company. Chris spearheaded due diligence, financial assessment, and reporting for a M&A transaction coordinating all efforts to effectuate the eventual shareholder vote and closing of the reverse merger transaction.
Chris proudly served in the United States Army following in the footsteps of his two brothers and father who also served.
Chris resides in Buffalo, New York and enjoys spending time with his two amazing boys. He enjoys music, fitness, the Buffalo Bills, and spending time with his incredible family.
