Courtney is a Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a nursing background in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
Courtney began her clinical career as a Registered Nurse 9 years ago in an acute care setting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania taking care of cardiac surgery patients during the post operative period in the Intensive Care Unit at Lankenau Medical Center and Albert Einstein Medical Center.
She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LaSalle University, and a Master of Science in Nursing as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Drexel University. During her education, Courtney spent a lot of her free time traveling to different countries where she participated in several medical mission trips to help aid those in need.
Courtney lives in Malvern, PA where she enjoys spending time with her friends, her family, and two Persian cats – Prince Harry and Stuart Little. She strives to make a difference and lives everyday with the quote of “The most wasted of days is one without laughter.” – E.E. Cummings.
