David P. Keseg, MD, FACEP, FASAM, serves as the Medical Director of Ohio for Restore First Health. With more than four decades of experience across Emergency Medicine, EMS Medical Direction, and community-based healthcare. He has dedicated his career to improving patient outcomes, strengthening clinical systems, and elevating the standard of patient care.
Dr. Keseg completed his medical training at The Ohio State University and went on to finish his Emergency Medicine residency at the LA County/USC Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. His career spans multiple leadership roles, including more than 32 years as the Medical Director for the Columbus Division of Fire, Chief Medical Officer at Offor Health, and Medical Director for several emergency departments and EMS programs throughout Ohio.
In addition to his leadership roles, Dr. Keseg is an Adjunct Professor of Emergency Medicine at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He has contributed to the development of EMS fellowships, advanced care protocols, and clinical education programs, and has been recognized nationally for his achievements in EMS innovation and medical leadership.
Beyond his clinical and operational accomplishments, Dr. Keseg has a long history of service through international medical missions and is the founder of multiple free clinics providing care to underserved communities. His work reflects a lifelong dedication to expanding access to compassionate, high-quality medical care.
