DeAndre “Bryan” Hicks is a retired U.S. Army veteran with a distinguished career spanning roles as a Military Police Officer, Combat Medic, and Patient Administration Specialist. Over the course of his military service, he developed deep expertise in both security operations and medical support, with hands-on experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, occupational health, and mobile/onsite clinical environments.
Following retirement from active duty, Bryan successfully transitioned into the civilian healthcare and business sectors, bringing military discipline and operational excellence to franchise operations and clinic management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, combining strategic thinking with practical leadership in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.
Outside of professional endeavors, Bryan is a dedicated parent who enjoys spending quality time with his son and daughter, actively coaching their soccer, baseball, and volleyball teams. An avid sports enthusiast, he also enjoys playing golf, darts and watching baseball in their personal time.
