She is a seasoned healthcare leader recognized for her expertise in regulatory standards, documentation integrity, and revenue cycle optimization, consistently helping organizations achieve both financial strength and full regulatory compliance.
She collaborates closely with providers, executive leadership, and operational teams to identify performance gaps, strengthen internal controls, and streamline workflows—resulting in measurable financial and operational impact.
Jillian holds multiple certifications through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), including Certified Outpatient Coder (COC), Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC), and Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA). She also earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University, equipping her with a strong foundation in financial strategy and organizational leadership.
Jillian resides in Florida with her husband and two daughters, and is actively involved in her community. She serves on the board of her local athletic association and enjoys supporting her daughters as they compete in cheer and volleyball.
