Kelli is the Southeast Regional Practice Manager at Restore First Health, where she leads multi-state operations and supports clinical and national teams across multiple regions.
She joined the organization in 2023 as the Executive Assistant of Operations and was promoted to Regional Practice Manager in 2025, recognized for her leadership, initiative, and dedication to team and organizational success.
Before joining Restore First Health, she spent ten years as a Regional Manager, where she successfully restructured operations, expanded departmental reach across three states, built strategic vendor and client relationships, and contributed to long-term organizational growth.
A multifaceted and dedicated leader, she is known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine care for team culture. She is passionate about motivating others, fostering collaboration, and creating environments where teams feel supported and empowered to thrive.
Her deep commitment to patient care ensures that compassion, quality, and the best care possible are extended to both patients and their families.
Kelli’s passion for health care began early. As a child, she would ask her family to buy her used medical books from secondhand stores, her favorites being psychology and neuroscience. It’s no surprise she found her way into a career that blends her love for people and purpose-driven work.
