Lori Shaffer joined the RFH Leadership team in 2022 and helped lead the growth and development of the healthcare organization with her expertise in marketing, communications and background in strategic healthcare.
She has over 25 years of experience working for large healthcare and social services organizations working side by side with CEO’s and senior leaders to shape culture, communications, marketing, public relations and community relations to elevate brand awareness and bring new programs to fruition.
She has specialized expertise in video production and sharing patient’s journeys towards recovery throughout her career. Her passion lies in the team approach to leadership, believing in sharing the “why” an organization makes decision, supporting the team in transitions and having fun along the way.
Lori resides in NJ with her husband and three children and enjoys travel, especially to the island of Martha’s Vineyard, and spending quality time with her family throughout the country.
