Marcia Addy joined RFH as the new Vice President of Market Growth in late 2025. In this position, she and her team focus on supporting the liaison teams with strategy and market evaluation to support expansion. Marcia’s vast experience in healthcare and leadership facilitates building strong partnerships, aligning sales and clinical teams, and helping create a strategy that is both scalable and sustainable across the healthcare continuum.
Marcia is a true believer that healing happens not only through clinical care, but through presence, communication, and connection. She remarks, “leadership is a practice—one rooted in awareness, compassion, and the belief that how we treat one another matters just as much as the outcomes we achieve.”
When she’s not working, her life is deeply shaped by family, service, and embodiment practices. She is a yoga instructor, volunteer in hospice care, and certified in somatic breathwork. Marcia resides in California with her family.
