Rachel is a Board-Certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with more than 13-years of clinical experience. Rachel has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kean University, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Edison State University, and Master of Science in Nursing from William Paterson University.
Rachel started her nursing career in the ICU, then worked in various community settings including home health skilled nursing, home care admissions, MLTSS case management, and peritoneal home dialysis. Prior to joining Restore First Health, Rachel worked as a wound NP in long-term care and sub-acute rehab facilities.
Rachel lives in New Jersey and enjoys attending her kid’s sporting events, family game/movie nights, and traveling.
