Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management and Administration

Tracie Collins-Burns joined the Restore First Health leadership team in March 2025 with over 25 years has a senior healthcare operations and revenue cycle executive leading large-scale financial, operational, and revenue transformation initiatives across hospital systems, physician networks, and home-and-community based healthcare organizations.  She is recognized for building high-performing revenue cycle infrastructures, strengthening compliance, and delivering measurable financial outcomes in complex multi-state environments. 

She has led enterprise -wide billing, collections, reimbursement, and payer strategy , translating corporate objectives into scalable technology-enabled revenue cycle solutions.  She partners cross-functionally with executive leadership, operations, finance, IT, legal and payer relations to optimize financial performance, reduce revenue leakage, and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance while delivering transparent KPI driven results.  

Throughout her career, Tracie has overseen revenue portfolios ranging from $50 million to over $2 billion, consistently improving cash flow, reducing denials, and maintaining accounts receivables below industry benchmarks.  Her leadership has included the integration of ERP and EHR platforms, automation of revenue cycle reporting and successful execution of more than 40 mergers and acquisitions, ensuring continuity, accuracy and scalability across rapidly growing organizations. 

Tracie resides in New Jersey with her husband, daughter, and son. She is actively involved with the community and serves on the board of her kid’s PTO at school.  During her spare time, she is busy supporting her kids at all their sports (dance, cheer, softball, basketball, track and flag football).
