Dr. Curvin has over 20 years experience serving as a medical director and clinician for post-acute care practices in Georgia. As Medical Director at Restore First Health, Dr. Curvin manages all patient care for the practice, overseeing and collaborating in the clinical protocols provided by the Nurse Practitioners. Before joining Restore First Health in 2022, he was regional medical director for Institutional Special Needs Program and Housecall & Telemedicine Practice for Heal Doctors in Atlanta, GA.

Dr. Curvin has a passion for patient care focused on medically proven therapies that bring greater quality of life to his patients. With over two decades in family medicine and managing complex care for patients, he continues to connect with his patients and their families to understand barriers to their care, and present collaborative solutions for improved health to all his patients.

He is a graduate of New Jersey Medical School at The University of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark, NJ. Dr. Curvin completed his Family Medicine internship at Harbor – UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, CA and residency training and fellowship at Emory University – Crawford Long Medical Center in Atlanta, GA.

Elizabeth Acloque is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner & Certified Wound Specialist. She has over 14 years of clinical experience including working in private practices, inpatient critical care units, SNF’s, ALF’s, Home Health, and telemedicine.

Elizabeth found her love for wound care early in her career as an LPN. As she advanced her education and experience, she quickly found that wound care was her calling. Committed to being a lifelong learner, she has been able to specialize in the treatment of complex chronic wounds utilizing a variety of advanced techniques.

Elizabeth resides in Sunny Central Florida. She enjoys the sand & surf, loving on her dogs, and catching the latest DC or Marvel movie with her husband, son, and daughter. She is very proud to serve her community as a member of Restore First Health.

Irina Vella is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in advanced wound care at Restore First Health. Irina earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Florida.

She brings over 8 years of clinical experience managing chronic and acute wounds in the inpatient setting. Irina is excited to transition to the community setting and bring advanced wound care treatments and cutting-edge technology to patients in the convenience of their homes.  Her dedication to her patients and passion for improving patient outcomes drive her commitment to making advanced wound care accessible and effective in the home environment. Irina aims to enhance the well-being of her patients and improve their quality of life by providing comprehensive, personalized wound care solutions.

For 20 years, Irina has proudly made Northeast Florida her home and is active in the First Coast community. In her free time, she enjoys indoor gardening, attending baseball games, and painting with her kids.

Kristen is a certified wound ostomy continence registered nurse with over 10 years of clinical experience.

She began her career working at an inpatient rehabilitation facility at Gerald Champion Regional Medical Center in Alamogordo, NM. She then relocated to the Jacksonville area in 2015, where she worked at Ascension Health on a medical-surgical unit. Kristen then transferred to Mayo Clinic where she worked until the end of 2023 where she became a team leader on her medical-surgical unit and then went on to join the inpatient wound care team. Kristen then created a wound care program at Cypress Village Retirement Community at their health care center.

Kristen earned her MSN in Nursing Education from Jacksonville University in 2019 and earned her certifications in wound, ostomy, and continence nursing in 2021.

Kristen has a passion for caring for others and providing education to improve patient outcomes. She currently resides in the Jacksonville area.

Caralee Lamb is a Registered Nurse specialized in wound care. She has 14 years of nursing experience in various fields from Long term care and Rehab, Dialysis, and Home Health.

Caralee comes to Restore First Health after finding her love for wound care in the home Health setting. Being able to assist with healing of complex wounds for homebound patients was very rewarding for her. With experience and knowledge she gained in the Home Health realm, care coordination for Restore First health was an exciting opportunity with which she will effectively serve as a liason between patients and providers.

Caralee has been a proud resident of The First Coast for the last 18 years. She enjoys pool days in the summer, hanging by the outdoor fireplace in the cooler months, spending time with her husband, son, daughter and their Boston Terrier. Caralee is committed to quality patient care as a Member of the Restore First Health team.
