Rosina Argon joined RFH in April 2024 as Executive Vice President of Operation. She is an experienced healthcare operations leader who has led sales, operations, and clinical teams. She believes in the constant refinement of processes and structure to optimize performance while simultaneously reducing waste.
Most recently she was the Vice President Business Development at Common Spirit Health. Previous to Common Spirit she was the Vice President Operations & Diagnostic Services at DispatchHealth for 6 years.
She also established her own consulting company bringing a greater understanding to the entrepreneurial spirit in tackling complex problems and new opportunities. She remarks, how essential it is to have fun while working hard. She is a graduate of Rice University and continues to continue to embrace opportunities to learn as she pursues a Master’s in Health Administration.
Rosina resides in Highlands Ranch, Colorado with her husband and has two children.
